We are happy to report that we are several weeks into escrow on a new house. We found it on a foreclosure auction. This one is in Beaumont, California in a new developemnt off the Hwy 10. The area is a little less expensive (not as hot either!) and so we were able to get a bigger house. Wyatt will be about 25 min from work and there are several hospitals not too far away that I am interested in. The House was only lived in < 6 months, so it is nice condition, but still needs some finishing touches like paint, blinds and landscaping. Our closing date should be close to April 17th. We will take a couple weeks to paint/move. It looks like we will be gone from Temecula by the 1st of May. :( The verdict is still out on exactly what we will do with our house on Asteroid. That is the update! Here are some photos:

WOW! ruth it is so cute! ahh that granite.... so nice. im so happy for you guys, but im SOOO sad your leaving.
I am so glad that you were able to find something so quick after the last house. We will miss you, but I am really glad you found something that works for you
